Transforming Spaces in Ruddington

In this project, we had the pleasure of upgrading the entrance through to the open-plan kitchen and dining area of a beautiful home in Ruddington. Our goal was to enhance the space with a seamless, stylish, and durable flooring solution.

Preparation: We began by thoroughly priming the existing floor, an essential step to ensure the best possible adhesion for the screed and tiles. After priming, we poured the screed to create a smooth and level surface. This foundation is crucial for the flawless installation of luxury vinyl tiles, ensuring long-lasting performance and an impeccable finish.

Installation: With the floor perfectly prepped, we installed Karndean Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) in the stunning Lime Washed Oak color. These tiles were chosen for their exceptional durability and beautiful, natural appearance. The Lime Washed Oak provides a light, airy feel that complements the open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a cohesive and inviting space.

Result: The transformation was remarkable. The new flooring seamlessly connects the entrance with the kitchen and dining areas, enhancing the flow and feel of the home. The Lime Washed Oak LVT not only adds a touch of elegance but also offers practical benefits such as ease of maintenance and resistance to wear.
