Flooring Transformation in Arnold

In this project in Arnold, we undertook the task of transforming the entire ground level of a residential property with luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). Our objective was to create a stunning, cohesive flooring design that exudes elegance and sophistication.

Preparation: To begin, we applied a layer of latex screed over the entire ground level. This step is crucial for creating a perfectly smooth and level surface, ensuring the best possible foundation for the LVT installation. Proper preparation is key to achieving a flawless finish and long-lasting durability.

Installation: For this job, we selected Polyflor Ltd. Colonia in the beautiful Schoolhouse Oak finish. These LVTs were positioned at a 45-degree angle, adding a dynamic and visually interesting pattern to the floors. To further enhance the design and provide a striking contrast, we incorporated a piano black inlay strip. This unique detail accentuates the layout and adds a touch of modern sophistication to the classic oak look.

Result: The end result is a breathtaking transformation that spans the entire ground level of the property. The angled installation of the Schoolhouse Oak LVTs, paired with the piano black inlay strip, creates a visually stunning effect that elevates the home's interior.
