Berry Hill Transformation

We recently completed a stunning installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in a home located in Berry Hill, Mansfield. The project covered multiple areas, including the kitchen, dining room, utility room, and W/C, transforming these spaces with a sophisticated and durable flooring solution.

Surface Preparation: To ensure a flawless finish, we began by creating a smooth and level surface. This was achieved using F. Ball and Co. Ltd. 1200 Pro Screed, which provides a reliable base essential for the high-quality installation of LVT. Proper screeding is crucial for achieving the desired aesthetics and longevity of the flooring.

LVT Installation: For this project, we selected Polyflor Ltd. Expona LVT in the beautiful Everglade Oak finish. This choice brings a natural and elegant wood look to the interior spaces. We opted for a herringbone pattern, adding a touch of classic charm and visual interest to the floors. To secure the tiles, we used F. Ball and Co. Ltd. F48 Plus adhesive, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

Outcome: The result is a series of rooms that are not only visually appealing but also practical and easy to maintain. The Everglade Oak LVT provides a cohesive and upscale look throughout the kitchen, dining room, utility room, and W/C, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the home while providing a resilient flooring option.
